Easy listen with real actionable steps

Listening to this book made me feel much better in regards to how I can actually start breaking some bad habits. In fact while listening to it I went and refilled my water bottle because I felt the need to start snacking. I’ve always struggled with unhealthy eating and with this I feel that I can start to make some small changes that will lead to great results

New perspective for the new year

I’m glad I got this when I did, because it’s giving me the motivation I need to start the new year with a healthy body and mind. Great book with actionable tools like kitchen organization and keeping a food diary. I’m already implementing what I’ve learned, and will definitely check out the paperback.

It will organize your thoughts.

I like the way that psychologically and structurally that book is built. All of that helps to organize your thoughts and pick the right thing to do in your particular situation. It's like a friendly guidance: "relax, I am here and I know what to do". It also helps understand your particular situation if you really eat a lot, and what to do next, step by step. It is like you organize yourself first and then the book gives you helpful "recipes".

WHEN YOU THOUGHT YOU KNEW IT ALL, this book shows up and I must say there were so many Aha moments for me, I couldn't keep track... from 80/20 rule to pitfalls to contributing genetic make up and more - this book has forced me to take a deeper look at my eating habits and given me some seriously solid options.... Thank you Silvana for this! I only wished the nutritionist I hired prior did half of what this book did for me. Thank you Thank you!

Just Start Right Now

This book gave me the tools needed to help a friend of mine find a way to over come emotional eating. I have recommended this book to that friend. I used to emotionally eat however after ending in the hospital that made me change right away. The workbook that comes with it is an awesome addition to help you recognize the what is going on and help you make a change in the right direction. If you are ready to make a change, my advice is to following the process honestly. Narrator quality in my opinion is great as well.

If you want to break your binge eating this is the book for you! The author goes into details of how to break your vicious cycle of self-sabotage and improve your relationship with your favourite foods. Also gets to the to point without wasting much time!

Wow, what a difference this book made.

I was weary about listening as I thought it would be "just another one "of those self-help books, how wrong i was!

After the first couple of chapters I really began to feel empowered and was able to take a step back and take a look at myself, identify my triggers and also calculate a plan to manage them.

Coupled with the narrator who has a really kind and explanatory manner about them, this book has really made a difference and would highly recommend it to anyone who struggles to say no when it comes to food.

A beautiful book!

This book proved to be a real reference point, not just a manual.
I badly needed to recalibrate my relationship with food, and this book gave me a big hand in doing so.
I finally stopped binge eating and started eating in a more balanced way, which also improved my life in all aspects. Buy it and you will not regret it!

A soothing and curative listen

As I began to listen to this book, I was immediately washed over with a feeling of inner peace, a knowledge that I would be able to change my way of perceiving food. I have been through binge eating cycles and have many close friends who have also been prone to this. This book made me realise that it is possible to change your relationship with food, starting with changing your mindset and working on your psychological well-being.

Breaking Bad Habits!

This listen really put into perspective the benefits of switching my bad habit of binge eating to a healthier lifestyle. If I can master discipline when it comes to what I eat, I have a much better chance of mastering discipline in other areas of my life. Goodbye Habits!

I didn't think I was a binge eater until I accepted some hard truths in this book. I had so many bad habits which I didn't even realise! This book is no joke, it will change your mindet and give you practical advice to help change your mindset and bad routines. The chapter on kitchen organisation is priceless, and something anyone wanting to cut out eating rubbish, need to listen to. I am extremely happy I listened to this audiobook, I have made some redical changes in my house and I can't wait to see the results. I would recommend it highly!

Fascinating and educational

I needed this book so badly. My eating habits got so bad it was effecting other areas of my life. Until you take care of yourself, by eating right, you wont be performing optimally. Learn the habits, break the bad ones. This book gets you there.

Made me Mentally Tougher

Having the self-control to say no to the food and drink that I love is something I have wanted to have for a long while because we all know diet is a large part of a fitness journey. Binge eating is something which everyone has faced at some stage of their lives and it's totally understandable why. Mind over eating

The thing is my weight has gone up and down since I was a kid. I kid you not but there is no fluff in this book and it gets right to the point. It is of course an inner brain game this binge eating. Packed with thought provoking strategies it is a practical way to address the causes. It's an excellent listen. I actually finished it feeling very empowered. Brilliant !

It's a good audiobook on breaking the binge eating habit. It has some worktable solutions for me.
