After giving this off to my little sister,

After giving this off to my little sister, she was finally able to control her urges to eat candy at night. She had a compulsive eating behavior towards sugary foods, and we’re just glad to have found this book.

There are a lot of stages of recovery for binge eaters. And I’ve found this book to be very ideal for recovering patients as it talks closely about how patients can maintain their progress, which is the most crucial stage.

I learned the effects of disordered eating

I learned the effects of disordered eating that can help me take action and look for treatment before disordered eating causes further complications to my body. After learning bingle eating in-depth, it has helped to shed light on the various aspects of change I can take to recover from an eating disorder. This book really helped me understand me that bingle eating episodes is not my fault and that I do require help to recover and began control of food once more.

I love this book.

I love this book. I have had it a few weeks now and am working in it almost daily. For the first time in many years--this week I lost weight. It's easy to understand and not preachy. Simple and to the point.
