Opportunity is around
After listen to this audio book, I have more understanding about energy management.Depression is one form that reveals our low energy level. Beside medicine treatment, there exsist some other helpful methods that can possible help us to "walk through" depression. This book has helped me to understand my mom's scenario and helped her out step by step. Now, my mom can have a better living style and enjoy better sleeping quality.

Easy to Understand & Effective!
This audiobook is not just about theories, but a true remedy to depression. I can feel the high energies from this book! Not a standalone book.
Read Super Secret Life Codes? Then you might like this book. Otherwise skip this. Lots of platitudes but very little actionable advice. Keeps referring to steps in Codes but gives no details. Waste of time.
