Absolutely best.
This is an amazing Teeth Grinding book! I bought this book for a course on the best ways to Sleep, Day, Night, It explains gritting teeth in several ways very well. I just finished speed-hearing through this book as an introduction. Furthermore, I highly recommend this book!
