if you're a busy person who's already read a ton..
... then this is the way to go. I've been reading Jason Fung online for 2 years, so wondered if I knew it all. I didn't. this was a nice run down of the important stuff that I will listen to again.

Great summary of the key points, exactly as hoped
This is exactly what I wanted. In addition to listening to the full Obesity Code book repeatedly (which I've done 3 times thus far) this gives me a nice and bite sized (by way of comparison) alternative to repeatedly refresh the key concepts. I've been recommending both to my colleagues whom share the weight struggle and also picked up hardcopies of both. Can't recommend them enough!
