Impressive! Great start

Great book, but try getting a teenager struggling with depression or anxiety to even read past the first page! Great book for me, as a parent to help myself and better be able to help & guide my child through the muddy waters of teenager-hood. My 14 year old laughed and said, yeah ok.....like I'm going to spend my time focusing more on my depression & anxiety. Might work for some. Any young adult or adult can benefit from it.

Love it

This book pointed me straight to God's word and the author made sure to explain everything in a clear and practical way.
She nails it when identifying the 3 major sources of fear as loss of control, needing approval from people and desire for perfectionism. It would be great if there was a book like this geared for men.

I absolutely loved this book bets DBT book

The Workbook for Teens is truly a gift for adolescents with low self-esteem or just trying to fit into our complicated world. The exercises provided in Hurley’s book use mindfulness and self-realization techniques to help adolescents understand their own unique qualities that make them special. All adolescents want to “fit it.” The Depression workbook uses exercises that require adolescents to examine their whole selves and value their own uniqueness. This book is a gift to parents, clinicians, and teens.

I absolutely loved this book. Useful resource

This book is a great tool to help teens and adolescents who struggle with anxiety. As a teacher, I have seen anxiety becoming more prevalent among students in the classroom. This is a valuable resource for parents and kids who are struggling with these issues.. Definitely a good resource for people struggling with anxiety.
