what a clifhanger!!!!!! is there a second book? and When??? this cannot end here there must be more!!!

I really enjoyed this book!

While it is true that this is very similar to her other books, it is because they are all intertwined. If you enjoyed her other books, then you will enjoy this one. She is great about making you care about the characters that she creates. If only there wasn’t so much time between books being released. I cannot wait to see what happens in the next book.

I love this book.

The story was well written and it captured my attention from the word go. The characters are well written and developed. I love the romance and how it should reflect the real world by having the relationship between the two main characters have some great moments. Not a log of books that are part of a series leave me at the end of the first book wanting to know what happens next. This one did when I reached the end of the book I went. Wait that’s it I want to know what happens next. Which not a lot of authors create that the type of reactions call me when I read a book. Which means this book was executed me written in the cliffhanger at the end wanted me to know what happens next so this book is really great read if you like the genre.

WTF?!

I don't know why I am obsessed with this, but here I am finishing yet another one of this author's books.

I’m in tears

Whew! I am speechless and in tears. I didn’t like this book until chapter 21. Then, I found myself holding my breath the last two chapters. Yes, there are similarities from the FBAA series and SA exhausts the same phrases (“he arched a brow” and “backed bowed” and “throat worked on a swallow” *eye roll*) but one can get passed that. It feels great to learn about the first maiden, Nyktos, the Dracon, gods, and primals. I was looking for closure in the last chapter and wept because I was left feeling helpless, confused, and scared for Sera.

Absolutely LOVED THIS BOOK!

So beautiful. I absolutely loved this book. I hope to the gods that she writes another book following this story!! Cannot wait to hear how the story continues.

Thought it would be boring as it’s the same story but still a book I couldn’t put down

Overall a good listen

The MC was overall well rounded. I only had a couple cringe worthy moments.
Please don’t go here because you will die. Then she goes there, because she was jealous and stubborn?
A character that is strong, determined, and level headed then suddenly acts like a toddler.

Loved this book and performance

Another fabulous book from my new favorite author. The narrator was awesome too. I've read the book once and listened to it 3 times now - so many snippets to tie into what is happening in the Blood and Ash series.
