Story
Our health is better or worse depending on what kind of food we eat. Healthy food makes us healthy, unhealthy food makes us unhealthy. If we concentrate on eating clean, natural, healthy foods, we will have more energy, sleep better, improve athletic performance, be happier, and even have fewer cravings for unhealthy foods. Many people reported physically glowing as well, their friends and family noticing the differences almost as immediately as they themselves did.

Story
Stephanie Miller is a woman with many talents and impressive experiences. She is not only intelligent and sharp, but she also maintains an air of comedy and lightheartedness in all situations, no matter how bleak they may be. In simple terms, she is a force of comedy, of commentary, of entertainment. A political commentator, writer, comedian, and host for many years on her own show, The Stephanie Miller Show, Miller is an open, informed, dignified, and (at times) an intimidating voice that absolutely demands our attention.

Story
Almost everybody has heard the name Mother Teresa in one circumstance or another, but what do we really know about her? We usually get the idea that she was religious and spent most of her life sacrificing her own comfort to help poor people. But often we do not learn more, unless we are learning more about her in school, or read an article about her because our interest has been kindled. If we do not delve deeper, we will not learn how Mother Teresa came to be Mother Teresa, and we will never find out how we can use her example to become better people ourselves, no matter what our own religion is.
