You have to try this diet.

Plant based diet is great for me because I love many vegetables and fruits. Thanks to this book, I learned the basics of this diet and learned about all its benefits. Plant based diet recipes are really useful and give me and my family energy and health.

This book was amazing for making a simple, helpful, healthful, meal plan each week. The recipes are all pretty tasty and they make life easier by using leftovers for some of the following meals.

The plants areyour health.

There is great information on the benefits of plants for foods, for healing, and for maintaining a healthy body. The spices section allows you to kick up each meal to a new level. Her sneaky tricks to maintain your diet is ingenious and I will be doing several of these for weight control. The plants in your health chapter is a must read, and includes plants that work as medicine.

Wonderful plant-based recipes.

Simone Jacobs and Jennifer Louissa has some great recipes in here. The meal plan works well if you stick with it, in my opinion not hard to do because the recipes are so good. Great to add more veggies to the diet, whether you are totally plant-based or not.
