a little disappointed
the sample starts with the story beginning in 1943 France during world war II. I was intrigued but then disappointed when most of the story did not take place during world war II.
it's a heartwarming story with the language is a little too flowery for my taste.
also, I'm not a very religious person so the religion in the story was a bit much for me.
I would give it three and a half Stars if I could but the app only allows whole numbers :-)

A Must Read
The will to survive, the ability to forgive, and the need for redemption will keep you listening to end and then wanting more. Melanie Dodson does a wonderful job of making you feel so many emotions.

An exquisite story all around!
Another unforgettable WWII split time novel from one of my favorite authors. Raw, honest characters who sacrificed for others and learned to rely on God’s strength and guidance. Heartbreaking yet uplifting. I’ll be thinking about this beautiful story for a long time. I already miss the characters. And I’m always encouraged in my faith by one of Dobson’s novels. Great narration too.

I love Melanie Dobson
I’ve yet to be disappointed in anything Melanie Dobson writes , her stories that span time in peoples lives and families are masterpieces.
And I know I’m not going to get violated with ungodly scenarios- but am thankful that God is honored in her stories, may her tribe increase

Loved this Story
This was a very touching story. It had intrigue, history, sadness, joy, love, wonderful characters. Melanie Dobson is such a talented author! The narrator was excellent.

Who knew that peaceful Quakers did so much in WW2
The behind the scenes events during WW2 never cease to amaze me. Melanie Dobson has done a fantastic job of reeling me into history again. Lovers of WW2 history will love this book. And, the modern thread shows how much our history influences our future.

Based upon Quaker’s Faith Timeslip
Excellent books! I think some Reviewer’s don’t understand Quaker’s are very strong in FAITH, so there’s going to be a lot of FAITH woven into the time slip. Sometimes I have to laugh at reviews. If the Author tells me the premise and they deliver that, then I’m satisfied.
