Amazing narration of a fabulous story!

Kudos to Stina Nielsen who did an amazing job narrating this audiobook edition!! WOW! Her pronunciation of the Dutch words were spot on and that is not an easy task!! This is the first narrator I have encountered that was able to accomplish this. The story was amazing and the spiritual themes woven throughout were so encouraging!! I always love Lynn Austin's books and Nielsen just made this all the more enjoyable!! Highly recommend this book!!

A Blessing to Hear!

Lynn Austin is easily becoming one of my favorite authors! The words within the story and the grim history told are so important to remember. Lynn Austin Does an amazing job capturing this momentous era in history from the perspectives of three women. Normally I like to listen to my audiobooks over a few days or even weeks, to really stretch out the story. But I binged this story in one weekend, because I was so captivated by the characters in the story and the workings of God’s love.

Such a blessing to hear this book. Thank you Lynn Austin!

A must read!

Characters were deep, story was involved, CLEAN….it’s so hard to find books like this. This is my second read from this author and looking for my next one already.

Amazing and inspiring Story

I was profoundly impacted by the stories in this book and how each character impacted something meaningful.
Such a beautiful Godly story in the midst of such tragedy and brutality.
How my heart breaks for those who went through that time period.
Lynn, thank you for sharing a beautiful story of how God can use people even in the midst of the worst thing I can imagine.
