Adore it!
I love Millie's take on sobriety. I've read a lot of books on this subject, and for me this is by far the most relatable as someone who decided to turn away from drinking culture in my twenties. It doesn't focus on the "rock bottom" moments (there are plenty of other books that do, if that's what you need to read) but instead delves into both the scientific and social benefits of ditching the bottle. I love the ethos of this book, that sobriety is a big gain in opportunities rather than a sacrifice or loss. I've listened twice already and picked up totally new things each time.

MUST READ! I’ve shared with all my friends!!!
This is a really easy listen - also incredibly relatable especially for anyone who has gone to 6th form/ uni and seen / taken part in the intense present day drinking culture. This book should be in the school curriculum ! So eye opening and refreshing. Loved everything about it :)
