For personal and religious reasons, I have never been one to drink alchol. Putting that aside, though, the 101 reasons alone after listening to this book would have put me off of drinking for good if I was a drinker. Gives me great cause for concern for my friends who do drink heavily. I'm certainly glad someone is speaking up and seeking to make an impact in a majority industry.

When you examine the amount of people and children affected by alcoholism every day, you can see that it is a severe health problem that can result in serious health problems. Drinking alcohol severely damages the user's health and the relationships of those who care about them. It also drains, destroys, and creates severe sickness.
This was a short yet quite useful read. Although the subject may easily become very dark, the author has managed to soften the tone of the work as a whole. Contains a wealth of fascinating information regarding the effects of alcohol on the body, as well as uplifting statistics about the advantages of not drinking. highly advised !
