Fantastic book!

Got this book after hearing a recommendation on a podcast. Really enjoyed it, felt I learnt a lot. I liked how everyone was laid out, easy to follow yet full of good practical advice, tips and thoughts. Already seeing a positive impact on my personal and work life because of it.

So much better than expected

Tried a few books like this but most are full of the same nonsense repeated over and over. Was very grateful to find this book was a bit different in that it gave actual PRACTICAL advice and not just endless nonsense! Good narrator, tad annoying a few times but generally good. Overall, very very happy with this one, already on my second listen.

A worthy addition to my library

Finally a book that actually makes sense. Gives advice AND motivates (which is half the battle). Really enjoyed it and I recommend it for anyone wanted to be more productive.

Impressed.

I was impressed with how much this book covered in 4 hours.

I took notes throughout (not vital tho) and feel I learnt so much.

Helped me in my family life as well as some work stuff I have been struggling with.

Also found it helpful for fitness and diet, an added bonus I had not expected.

Well written, neatly laid out and superbly narrated.

5 out of 5 and I very much hope the author writes another book soon,
