I like this book because it addresses problems that we all have. For each chapter, he gives some background and examples, then talks about how the bad habit hurts your productivity. This is followed by 5 or 6 action items to reduce or remove this bad habit. He gets right to the point and lists many action steps to choose from that make success almost certain.

This book is helping me boost my focus, uncover my motivation, stop procrastination, and look at bigger picture life issues that inform my decisions of what I work on in my career. It is a great balance of boosting my immediate daily productivity and my long-term goals with goal setting techniques. I really feel like it will help me put my life on a path to long-term success. This is more than about productivity.

I found this book very valuable. I particularly liked the idea of time management really being about energy management. What a cool idea! It makes so much sense. I highly recommend this book.Its been a while but this book was perfect. I thought that communication was awesome and the book came pretty quick.

I just find this book very helpful in my life and others, I shared this book with.This is a very well written book that digs into the very core of procrastination, identify its source, kill it and achieve anything with ease.I thought it would be an excellent guide for getting organized and meeting your goals. Definitely a great book with lots of insight. I found the book requires some effort and experimentation to really. The author takes a different & complete realistic approach to time management, adding a necessary step that so many other books in its category miss, making it much easier to get a handle on managing your time.
