Publisher's Summary

A broken man seeking a new life. A diabolical plot that revolves around his unexpected return. Will the combination ruin a prominent family?

NY Times and USA Today best-selling author Lorhainne Eckhart brings you The Fallen O’Connell.

Thirty-five years ago, Raymond O’Connell didn’t exist, at least not until the moment Iris walked into his life. His very existence had been a secret, a carefully cultivated lie, except for the fact that he loved Iris and the six children he’d never planned on having. He’d become careless, living a life that belonged to someone else. Becoming Raymond O’Connell had made him forget who he really was, and when he fell in love with a fantasy he knew he couldn’t have, he put his family in danger. Ultimately, he found himself covering up a murder to protect the woman he loved, and that act forced him to walk away and return to the shadows of a secret life that he couldn’t find his way out of.

When he returns to Livingston with a son in tow, what he doesn’t expect is to be dragged from the shadows to protect a family that suddenly has targets on their backs. Soon, Raymond finds himself becoming part of a bigger, deadlier plot - one that could leave someone in his family, someone he’s sworn to stay away from, dead.

Great Read

The Fallen O'Connell (The O'Connells #10) was a great read by Lorhainne Eckhart. Raymond O’Connell didn’t exist thirty five years ago. All that changed when Iris walked into his life. Hi existence was a secret, a carefully cultivated lie. The only thing that wasn’t a lie was how much he loved Irish and their six children. He started living a life that belonged to someone else that led to him becoming careless. Due to his carelessness, he put his family in danger. He found himself covering up a murder to protect the woman that he loved. He returns to Livingston with a son in tow. He never expected to be dragged from the shadows to protect his family that now has a target on their backs. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author.

A must read

Another brilliant storyline that you can't put down. This one makes me really sad at the end, I hoping it's a trick and and he is not really dead.
I want Raymond to be there when Allison go on her vacation, they both deserve to be happy. These stories are totally captivating, a must read.

This series just keeps getting better and better.

I am truly enjoying this series and I think John Mo has done another fine job performing this book. I’ve been waiting to read more about Raymond O’Connell and this book didn’t disappoint me one bit. It’s got action, romance and secrets revealed. I can’t wait to listen to the next book!

A complimentary copy of this audiobook was provided to me at my request but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author and/or narrator.
