Wonderful narration by Leo Jones great characters very enjoyable listening i will listen to these books again

Love Them!

Nothing As It Seems

This would have been given a full star rating had it been longer. That's the only issue I have with the entire book. It was a really amazing read and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to read it. The longer thing is a personal preference in all honesty. I'm sure there are many readers that absolutely loved the length of the book. There are some heavier topics addressed that I felt could have been leaned on a little more as well. I still recommend it.

Hiding in Plain Sight

This was a really interesting sequel. It seemed to almost follow along past the first one. Like you're just continuing about the person's life after the first story was over with. It's really interesting to me. I also love the fact that this was more personal to Billie Jo. It kind of helps you get to know her a little better. It helps you connect better with her and understand her and her personality a little better. I also like that we get to know Mike a little better in this book as well.

The Cold Case

This was a very emotionally intense book. It's about a cold case involving a little girl that went missing. Her father was convicted for her murder. The body was never found. Everybody but Mike and Billy Jo wants to let the case go and not open up old wounds so to speak. I just wish it was longer!

BILLY JO

This is a Three Book Box Set. All Three Books is good. Billy Jo is a social worker helping kids. Jo and her cop friend Mark Friessen are opposites but work good together. Each story had a good meaningful storyline. I highly recommend this box set. Leo Jones does a good job narrating this book. If my review is any help will you please click on the helpful link below. In N Out

I found myself bored at times. I feel in some places the story just lagged on. I was waiting for some action in the mystery but found none. Overall I gave a 4 because it was well written and the narrator did a good job of switching the characters. His performance at a 4 too because he was able to add in a bit of excitement and detail in the voices of the characters. I feel the story lagged in the mystery of the story. it was more of, this is what happened, then you trying to think what might happen or what might be happening. If that makes any since. I found that the story was written to fast. I give the author props though for the great books they could have been.

Great Series!

This is a great boxed set! I like Lorhainne Eckhart's writing!

#1 Nothing As It Seems: This is a great introduction to the Series. I liked the characters, and the mystery. Billy Jo, a social worker, is smart, and strong. Mark, a detective, is handsome, and enigmatic. I loved to follow their investigation.

#2 Hiding in Plain Sight: Billy Jo's past is heartbreaking. I like Mark's protectiveness. The storyline is emotional, filled with secrets, intrigue, danger, and twists and turns. The supporting characters are intriguing. This is a great addition to the series.

#3 The Cold Case: I like the characters, the mystery, and the investigation. The storyline is fast-paced and intriguing. Looking forward for more in the Series!

Leo Jones did a great job with the narration.
