Publisher's Summary
Ainsley Greenburg is a fixer. It’s what she prides herself on.
So when Ainsley realizes her marriage is at its breaking point, she makes a decision to repair it, no matter the cost. Approaching her husband to propose the arrangement is supposed to be the hard part, but Peter agrees to the salacious plan almost immediately.
The rules are simple:
- They will each date someone new once a week.
- They will never discuss what happens on the dates.
Soon, though, the rules are broken, turning terrible mistakes into unspeakable consequences.
When the only person they can count on to keep their darkest secret is each other, new questions and deceits surface. Can they truly trust the person they share a life with, or will the vicious lies that have mounted over the years destroy everything they’ve built?
Once, Peter and Ainsley vowed to stand together forever, but as they push boundaries of deception, suspicion, and temptation, each begins to wonder if ’til death do us part may come sooner than they’d intended.

What a loser!
First, this book desperately needed an editor. The author should count how many times she’s uses the word “lips” in the first four chapters. How about switching to “mouth” every once in awhile? As well is the over use of the male protagonist’s line,”I’m not going to lose you/her”. Come on! The story takes 11 chapters to get going and then has a completely implausible ending. But then again who is Dreamscape Publishers? What did I expect? Audible, have more taste, will ya? Back this goes.

Wow
I'm going to have to read all of her books! This story was truly surprising. I first heard about this book a month ago when an advance reader posted their review on Facebook. I immediately tried to find it. This is the only time I have pre-ordered a book from an author I was unfamiliar with. I got the book this morning and it was very good. I highly recommend it. I didn't know anything. I suspected one thing but she tricked me. I knew I was going to have to read more Kiersten Modglin books before the 3nd chapter was over. I loved this book so much I bought a copy for my cousin, and 98% of my book come from the library.

Didn't like this.
This was so outrageous it reminded me of a soap opera. It got crazier and more unbelievable the further you got into it. I also. couldn't stand the female voice. So irritating and over done. Disappointed I used my credit on it.

Awful female narrator
I’ve listened to 391 Audible titles and I have to say that the female narrator used in this book is the worst narrator I’ve ever listened to. To start with I thought it was a computer generated voice, not a real human, and it’s quite breathy too, it’s such a bizarre choice of narrator for an audiobook. The voice is more like one used in 80s Hollywood movie trailers! I should have returned this one. I found it so annoying and it ruined the book for me, I found it hard to even concentrate on the story at times. The story itself was ok but I got bored halfway through. I’ve listened to nearly all Kiersten Modglin’s books and this was the worst for me, both story-wise and obviously narrator. The male voice was good however, no criticism there. I don’t write many reviews, usually just rate with stars, but felt I needed to with this one as I wish someone had warned me! Listen carefully to the sample, however, as a male voice is heard in it too, the sample isn’t quite as bad/annoying as having whole chapters in that female movie trailer voice!!

Mixed bag
I still can’t make up my mind if I enjoyed it or not ! The narration was absolutely terrible i actually thought the female voice was computer generated , nearly gave up listening as almost unbearable to listen to . I persevered as had heard good reviews about the actual story . I think overall it was a bit far fetched I think I may have enjoyed it better with different narration.

Just saying hold on to your heart and your mind. I can’t say much that won’t give the story away. But holy cow author and narration awesome I totally was drawn in and tip my hat off to how it all played out. Left me speechless and if this isn’t already a movie it should be!
