Get RIPped with plant strong, expert advice!

I came to know of Rip through his dad and T Colin Campbell's work in thei documentary "Forks Over Knives." As a lifelong and plant strong athlete, no one comes with any more credibility than does Rip Esselstyn.

the information is pretty standard its actually very interesting the personal stories and anecdotes and even the silly jokes from time to time or a nice change from the typical vegan suggestions and I hope you will get as much as I did. by the way sorry for the run-on sentence use the speaker thingy to make this.

Great ideas for eating plant based

I ran across the author, Rip Esselstyn, when I was listening to the IThrive series (by the way, great series, great information, and not a waste of time if you are sick and tired and ready to make changes!) I love Rip's story and his idea of going in and revamping the health and knowledge of our firefighters/police officers and others. His information given is real, informative, and did I say can be life changing! I have been bordering on plant based eating for a while and he has encouraged me, as well as the IThrive series, to take the plunge. I was under the misconception that vegetarians aren't getting enough protein. I realized this is not true and actually most of us are probably eating too much protein daily. I am very active and the plant based diet hasn't slowed me down. I do not count or measure my servings and the scale is already dropping and I'm feeling healthier every day. I look forward to cooking and creating new meals. The recipes included in Rip's book are very good and flavorful.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK

This is what i have been missing in my life. This has given me motivation and something to be excited about. I have been a vegan who has been eating vegan junk and my shows it. I have started this program and i am confident i will get great results. This will promote veganism and hopefully my life will make others interested in changing their life as well.
