Publisher's summary

Welcome to the Gun Show!

The top 10 list is populated. The sponsorship program is open. The difficulty is ramping up. The first three floors were nothing compared to what Carl and Donut now face.

The Iron Tangle. An impossibly complicated subway system built out of the world's subterranean railway systems, all combined and then tied together into a knot. Up is down. Down is up. Close is far. The cars are filled with monsters, the railway stations are less than safe, and the exit is always just a few stops away.

But there is hope. For the first time, the crawlers are all working together. The loot is better than ever. And the secret to unraveling it all may be hidden in the pages of a seemingly useless book.

Welcome, crawlers. Welcome to the fourth floor of the dungeon.

Featured Article: The top 100 series of all time

The feeling of discovering that your favorite new listen is actually the start of a series is euphoric. That you can immediately hit play and re-enter a beloved new world, or love story, or era from history is a gift to the devoted listener. But how to pick just 100 of these unique and immersive listening journeys? We defined a series as having a minimum of three books, and—after some debate—we decided the titles had to be anchored in fiction. From YA to horror to historical fiction, from fresh voices to seminal tales, hours of discovery await.

Goddammit Donut, this book is awesome

Another awesome entry to this series, you should know what to expect if you listened to the previous two.
Some nice surprises in this one, and I just can't wait for book 4.

Just as great as the rest

Fantastic series, fantastic book, and it hasn't even gotten stale, the author really knows how to write important moments, it keeps you really engaged.

Matt also sticks to his book's universal rules alot more than others, while also not making Carl a constant Ex Machina alpha Chad. Which keeps everything from having that jumping the shark feel, thus avoiding becoming a stale series.

Excited for book 4

Jeff is always rock solid, but this series, in my opinion, is some of his best work. I can feel from the quality of his narration he honestly likes this series and it isn't just a paycheck here. Their we're some moments especially that bar scene that really take your breath away. Well done sir.

Donut miss this installment

sorry.

I love this series, and everything about this book was as entertaining as I had hoped it would be. Soundbooth delivers the goods again, and Matt's imagination never ceases to make me wonder...a lot, actually. Still, buy this if you're enjoyed the first two.

When's the next book

No shit, you know it's a good book when you see the character's characteristics in real life. The first time I called someone donut my wife about died. The book has lead to a whole new perspective of humor on life.
When is the new Audible coming out. Great got road trips and beach days and fishing trips.

The bad thing about this book is that it doesn’t go on for forever. Never stop believing!
