honestly, this concise audio presentation was exactly what I needed to hear in my life and relationship right now. I truly want to be a person more full of love and compassion and to cultivate greater harmony in my home and with my husband. I can honestly say this has unlocked understandings for me. I look forward to exploring and studying more content by this author. Thank you!

Extra Information!!!!

It doesn't hurt to have extra information that may be helpful. I'm glad I got the audible version because it gives you the opportunity to return to the parts you want to explore further or you think require deeper listening. However, I wonder if the author accounted for the fact that several factors can delay, prolong or block any of these stages. Did she factor in culture? What about the men that are recovering from an injury? What about a veteran suffering from PTSD? What about the teenage boy with low self-esteem?

The information is helpful and I found myself saying, " ahhh" or "hmm interesting." Again, the info applies to some men, but not all men. Overall, I found it useful and will be exploring it further. However, I wouldn't make this my only source (definitely add it to your "toolbox").
