Insight Beyond the Universe

Transformational
Alison Armstrong's down to earth and practical way of getting men and women to see each other's point of view is nothing short of a miracle.
She calls us to rise above our human instinct, addressing but not dwelling on past hurts, allowing partners and spouses to move forward, get their needs met, and have hope.
For listeners not attending one of her workshops, the opportunity to pause the recording and do the work together is a nice touch. It would be nice to have the workbook to accompany the recording.

totally empowering for couples everywhere!
amazing! Alison Armstrong has helped me to fall in love with men and masculinity and respect and appreciate them in it in a way i never dreamed possible. She has helped my marriege enoemously and the couples work i do as a healer.

Awakening!!
Everything I’ve learned from Alison has helped me understand and accept myself (what it means to be a woman) as well as men (especially my partner), which has not only freed me from sabotaging myself, but also my relationship. I don’t take offence anywhere near as much (if at all, which prevents arguments) set myself or my partner up for failure (unknowing), or feel that my relationship is stuck (or dislike men’s temperaments altogether). In fact, I see and experience more love and understanding, and know that my partner does, too. The biggest initial break through was that I was taking a very “psychological” approach to relationships and life, disregarding the BIOLOGICAL foundation and influence on life.

Deeper understanding of myself and my husband
Anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of ALL of their relationships - with themselves, their partners, their family/friends/at work. This book is IT. AMAZING content that is so easy to appreciate and learn. LOVED this book.

I love Alison Armstrong!!
I loved this Audio Book which is presented as a workshop. Alison is so good at helping men and women understand why we each do what we do - whether it be family, work or love. It definitely changes my perspective on a lot of things.

Great practical information
Loved the real live people doing the workshop and asking great questions, it made it real and emotions generated made me feel part of the workshop. I got answers to a few questions and problems I thought not possible to answer and gave me ways to address them practically and easily. Looking forward to implementing these new found resources together with my partner.

Life altering, empowering perspectives for creating partnerships in all areas of life
Alison is hilarious, compassionate, inspiring and heart centered. I have learned so much about healthy and meaningful communication from this book. Recommend for all people whether you’re in a partnership or looking to create one. Amazing and enlightening.
