a must-read book.
It is a quick read and very easy to understand book. It is a plus that the same writer reads it. I loved the bonus that it gives us at the end that I am going to apply it in all areas of my life since it is a necessary tool to obtain results. I recommend this book to everyone, even if you don't teach, there is always someone we should guide in some area of our life.

Where was this when I was a child, how many tears could have been saved from having someone teach me this way. I’m glad to implement this with our children and have independently responsible learners!

A quick listen and an inspiring message for students and teachers
I love Mr. D’s message about creating independent, responsible learners. Our kids are capable and I believe Mr. D is onto something that will have a lasting effect. I especially enjoyed hearing him speak about goal setting and his easy to follow visual diagram to actually obtain those goals. There are so many helpful tips. Great work
