Mom loved this!

Purchase this audiobook for my mom or a Christmas gift as she was looking for some help with exercise. Bought some small weights and resistance bands and it was a great combo get! She said she’s really enjoyed it. Love that came with a PDF and even left some of the nutrition information towards the end of the book.

All in one!

A friend gave me this book because they loved it. I have never really worked out in my life, but this book gave me the knowledge and motivation to start for the first time. The detailed step-by-step on how to get started was great and easy to understand. I also thought that the narrator had a great voice - a very well-produced audiobook.

Super handy book!

I am on the cusp of 50, and WOW has my body changed. It's clear you need specialized education to keep fit, and that's exactly what you get here. It's got great science and context, plus real, workable suggestions. Everything you need. Excellent narration as well. Recommend!

Exercise and live longer

I’m so glad books like this exist. Taking diet & exercise seriously for longevity in health & life. People who exercise regularly or are physically active have a lower risk of heart diseases, stroke, diabetes and some cancers. This is the perfect audiobook for anyone ready to take action. The narration was clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend

Perfect way to get back active

Camilia, does a great job in this personal home workout program! It gives the perfect balance between getting the blood pumping but not to where you are doing a P90x program. She really gives a great push especially to those that would be in the 50+ range to start getting active living a healthier lifestyle! She includes an in-depth and thorough pdf that provides even more value especially to be able to visually see what she talks about and be able to trace information! I would highly recommend it!!

Very complete!

I love that it includes meal plans to build muscle. This is such a complete book with a lot of info and great exercises. This is a great way to get in shape and stay healthy when you are over 50 (and maybe even younger).
