Publisher's summary

Arthos, the Infinite City, is a place of alien wonders and indescribable beauty—and, most importantly for Samantha, it’s also halfway across the universe from her abusive ex-fiancé. She came to the city desperate for a fresh start, but she finds herself downtrodden on a world of aloof alien beings with little hope of finding her place—and a good chance of being kidnapped or killed before she can even settle in.

At least until she is saved by an irresistible alien with piercing eyes and a seductive smile.

Alkorin is the living embodiment of temptation, and he makes no effort to disguise his desire for her. But when his past threatens to drag her into a dangerous underworld, she discovers he isn’t who he claims to be. After enduring so much suffering, can she bear to take a leap of faith with this mysterious alien? Can she trust him with not only her life, but her heart?

If I could give it 10 🌟 ‘s I would !!!!!

Not only was this a fantastic story to read but it was phenomenal to listen too. Arc and Sam are so beautifully written. Their story is one of healing ❤️‍🩹 acceptance and so much love. And the secondary characters. Everyone of them deserves a book they’re all so fascinating you can’t help but want to know more and the Infinite City is truly infinite and I hope more stories are to come. And Jamie Treselyan he is officially my favorite narrator. He could read the phone book and I would listen. He brought each character to life , each had their own distinct personality. He is phenomenal and I’ll listen to anything he reads. Highly recommended ♥️♥️♥️😍😍😍

Be prepared for unusual anatomy, heh

This story was really good overall. I appreciate that the romance took center stage but I enjoy the world-building and backstories. I wish FL wasn't such a pushover in the beginning but it's understandable and she comes into her own eventually. There is a good amount of spice in this book for my taste. I was surprised that the description of the male lead wasn't off-putting for me. He has 3 eyes and his manhood isn't quite what I had expected but it didn't bother me. I think seeing him look handsome on the cover art helps. Also, there is tail action sooo... be prepared for that.
I generally prefer dual/duet narration but this narrator does a wide variety of voices. He even does a decent job with female voices! There was only one voice that didn't work for me but thankfully she's a side character who doesn't speak much. All in all, I think he brought a lot of emotion and range. I'll seek out other books read by him.

Super fun to listen to!

I don’t even know where to start with this review because I genuinely loved this Tiffany Roberts book so much I’m a bit overwhelmed. It’s totally up my alley when it comes to sci-fi fiction for several reasons: The characters are brimming with personality, the worldbuilding/setting is awesome, fast paced action scenes that are so well described you don’t feel lost (which is honestly one of my favorite things about Tiffany Roberts, and I say this as someone who grew up on sci-fi action movies from the 80’s) and, in my honest opinion, the hottest erotic scenes from all of their works.

Jamie Treselyan is the perfect narrator and I’m so glad he is narrating the Infinite City books. He’s versatile, passionate and emotive enough you even know when a character is smiling. He has such an incredible range that every single character comes alive right before our… well, ears. lol Even his ‘female’ voices were distinct, which is quite a feat.
10/10 banter between Arc and Drakkal, too, that was super fun to listen to and his passion for narrating shows.

I’ve already said it but I’m loving these characters so damn much. Everyone has a distinct, unique personality and that makes these books so easy to get into! Samantha is very relatable; she’s sweet, a bit shy and shows her perseverance in ways I think are quite realistic. Arc is extremely charming (tbh I think he becomes even more so thanks to Treselyan’s depiction of him), arrogant and especially devoted. Oh also, awesome design, very eye-catching.

Thanks for such an awesome well-rounded story Tiffany Roberts, definitely a fav!

❤❤❤❤❤

it's so hard to come up with words to even describe how I feel about this book!! we met arc in the last book and I was enamored pretty quickly haha even tho I was a little annoyed he was messing with another males mate. but the way he interacts with people and especially his team and dracoll (idk how to spell his name) I loved how Sam still stood in the face of fear and overcame all her own negative thoughts, courage personified!
Just a great read!!

I could listen to Jaime read the phonebook.

I tried reading the first book in this series but DNF'd it a while ago; When I saw Jaime was performing this one and heard the voice he used for Arc in the sample I bought it immediately (his Shadow/Arcanthus voice is just *chefs kiss*). I have since listened to and bought the entire physical series.

I love Tiffany Roberts books so much! Where other stories would have pointless drama and misunderstandings these characters actually TALK! Y'know, like adults. Arcanthus and Sam quickly became my favorite couple ever and I've read/listened to every book just for the small bits they make appearances again.

Loved it!

I've been wanting to read this story FOREVER. The character art alone has intrigued me for a while. I can't wait to dive into the next book that continues their story.

Amazing!

Leave it to this amazing pair to create another series with amazing world building and character relationships. I especially love how in depth the friend ship between Ark and Drac is portrayed. It's genuine and feels so real. While Sam is not my favorite female, it was still an amazing read. I can't help but consume everything that's these two publish!
