okay plot.. overall meh.

the connection feels really empty/ false. would have liked more of a slow build. I really enjoyed the spider mate trilogy because the realtionship despite being alien seemed so real. while the Sophie's story is raw and real, I disliked how the realtionship she had with the forest spirit. ot fel very empty, and primal in a bad way. I'm all for fans and mystery, but the forest spirit seems to lack depth. honestly couldn't get through the whole book because I felt so bired/ unmotivated for their realtihionship

Meh, nothing screams emotional connection

I had a hard time getting into this one. Voice acting was hard to take seriously, cringed a few times. Has a beginning middle and end (probably) couldn’t finish it. Maybe ill try a different book from her

Wow

The way Jamie Treselyan does the voice of Cruce is incredible! He does all the voices very well and I am super impressed with him but to make a deep gravely voice sound sooo good and not creepy blew me away. The story was amazing as well so I highly recommend this book!

Excellent character distinction

Jamie did a fabulous job with this audio performance. He had distinct voices for every single character, and I loved the whole journey. It’s like I felt every single emotion with the characters and I just couldn’t put this down. I was hooked from the very beginning, and I finished this entire book in one day! Thank you for another great story

Finally picked this up

And I wasn't disappointed. Tiffany has a way of drawing you in early. And I was pulled into this story with the first page. Experiencing Cruce and Sophie's story was thrilling. I'm excited to dive into the next book.
