Publisher's Summary

Are you a mom who is completely overworked and overwhelmed?

Do you feel like you're always behind in work?

Are you always late picking up the kids, scrambling from one activity to the next and getting fast food on the run too many times a week?

Are you lacking any energy to give to your marriage, when the day's done?

I've been there! I'm Islin Munisteri. I'm a reservoir engineer formerly in a Fortune 100 energy company, now working for "the man", and my story is a lot like yours - always striving to compete in the workplace and never feeling like there's enough of me to go around at home. But I'm calling all this BS, right here, right now.

We women have allowed ourselves to get sucked into this world of competition and comparison, and it's draining the very life out of us. Let me show you a different way, a way toward joy and peace in your life. In this book, I break down some simple strategies for you to reclaim your calm and powerfully stand up to say, "I am enough!"

good listen!

love the part about self compassion! Anne Jacques does an excellent job narrating! she's got a very natural sound about her. if you're in to the self help genre this has some good ideas on how to stop thinking about change and start changing.
