I really could relate to much of this book. It’s nice to know that there is a name for what I have personally experienced for all of my life. That being, HSP. In that sense I really enjoyed the book. Having said that one would be wise to pick and choose which information she offers, to keep and to not keep. She does get a little odd towards the end of the book by talking about spirit realms and the like. She pushes her ideas about science over God which I didn’t care for but to each their own. I did get a little creeped out towards the end and fast forwarded some of the chapters to be fair. I rated this book four stars for overall and for story. I thought the performance was well done.

Good, applicable content. Very helpful break down of HSPs, types, positve qualities and how to cope!

I like some of the information and context, but honestly I did not really find it helpful, it's great if other people do but for me it was more being told information a lot I resonated with so wasn't really new some stuff didn't apply to me personally, but I didn't feel like I was really learning anything over all or how the information would help me in the outside world but it was all in all a good read.

It's pretty decent

This book covered so many aspects of being an HSP. I read another book about this trait but I think Elaine Aron’s is more comprehensive. It really helped me understand things about myself and accept myself for the way I am. Also, some reviewers have complained about this narrator but she doesn’t bother me. She reminded me a bit of Angela Lansbury.

Incredibly helpful book
