I realized my inner child was a mess. I reviewed several books and purchased 5. this one is practical, and to the point. it gave explanations and exercizes for improvement.

This is e-booklet was found to be most welcomed! It is advised and required reading for anyone entering adulthood and those who are having a tough time in adulthood in order to resolve past issues that impact their quality of life currently!

Truly Helps to Heal
I was sobbing like a baby listening to this. It's so honest and authentic in explaining how our inner child is wounded and why we don't heal over time without taking certain psychological stock of ourselves and rewiring our thinking.
I truly found this helpful and can recommend it highly.

Not worth it
Waste of my audible money. It’s a booklet being read by an automated reader, total time is 38 minutes, but at a very slow pace. Normal pace gets you 15 minutes. How is this being sold as an Audiobook? Scam

The Reader Of this book over pronounces most of the words. often she distorts words while trying to be so precise. I believe the content of this book is very useful. Due to her voice, I was distracted most of the time.
