When we resist the present moment, we close the door to happiness. But when we align with what is, we access the source of lasting peace and contentment. On The Secret of Happiness, Eckhart Tolle invites you to experience how your sense of joy and fulfillment radically changes through the awakening of consciousness and the realization of who you are beyond the content of your thoughts.
This series represents an opportunity to participate in a one week retreat with Eckhart and so to go deeper into stillness – becoming one with who you are in the depth of your Being. A certain degree of spiritual maturity, however, is required of anyone wishing to participate fully in this retreat series. What is spiritual maturity? You know the meaning of presence, not as a concept, but as a living reality.
If you really want to know how spiritually awake you are, spend time around other people. For each of our relationships - from the brief interaction with the barista to our bonds with lifelong partners or family members - reflect back to us our predominant state of consciousness. On Enlightened Relationships, Eckhart Tolle offers an insightful two-session program for bringing the transformational power of presence into this often challenging yet deeply rewarding area of our lives.
What is time? We give it so much importance, but as Eckhart Tolle teaches, we can only ever experience the timeless present. The Illusion of Time explores this paradox, pointing the way out of a dysfunctional relationship to time—and into the fullness of life in the here and now.
In this empowering two-session program, Eckhart exposes the roots of our obsession with time to help us free ourselves from the ongoing stream of thoughts about the past and future—and reconnect with the depths of who we are beyond the mind.
Awakening from this dream, explains Eckhart Tolle, starts by coming into a new relationship to the present moment—and discovering who we are beneath the noisy surface of our lives. Recorded at Riverside Church in New York City, Transcending the Ego offers Eckhart's helpful pointers for realizing what he calls our "being nature"—our deeper identity beyond the personal sense of self.
Once you've experienced the power of the present moment, what's next? Eckhart Tolle, who ignited a spiritual awakening in the West with his best-selling The Power of Now, invites you to join him on a path that takes us even further into the profound experience of pure presence.

When you realize that it’s unnecessary to think all the time, something miraculous happens: who you are beyond the self-image in your head begins to emerge. Join Eckhart Tolle in The Secret of Self-Realization for an intensive two-session program pointing us toward the firsthand experience of our essential nature beyond the mind. After years of anxiety and depression, how was it that Eckhart came to suddenly realize a vastness of peace and inner freedom? Through the cessation of the thinking that was creating all of the drama in the first place, Eckhart discovered a sense of identity beyond “the little me.” The Secret of Self-Realization invites you to transcend the frustration and dissatisfaction of a thought-based life to experience the liberation that unfolds when the dimension of “being” takes precedence.
It’s easy to let anxious thoughts of scarcity and judgment rule the day. Eckhart Tolle brings us liberating news: our greatest relief can be found in the present moment. On Awakening in the Now, Eckhart offers teachings to help you transcend the compulsive thinking that keeps us from creating a better world. This illuminating audio session will deepen your experience of what Eckhart calls “space consciousness."
When challenges arise in your life, what happens inside of you? For many of us, the larger the problem, the more we resist, contract, and react unconsciously. On the other hand, explains Eckhart Tolle, in any given moment we have the chance to remain open to life, align with what is, and experience the natural sense of peace and aliveness that he calls "the joy of being".
Living a Life of Inner Peace is a recording of one of Eckhart's most moving, transformative talks. The talk is relaxed and funny, and he conveys his message through stories and insightful observation. Eckhart makes us laugh at ourselves, while helping us break through habitual thinking to discover the eternal presence of the Now.
Why do our negative experiences seem to stay with us so persistently? It is because they are the fuel for what Eckhart Tolle calls the pain-body, an energetic field that actually feeds on toxic thoughts and emotions. Liberation from the pain-body is not about repressing or denying our thoughts. Instead, as Eckhart's teaching partner Kim Eng reveals, we must develop a complete receptiveness to all experience-rejecting nothing, judging nothing, and resisting nothing.
To be human is to suffer - and yet, according to Eckhart Tolle, all of these painful moments contain an opportunity for awakening. In Transforming Suffering into Peace, this celebrated teacher offers a new perspective on the ego and what he terms "the pain-body" - all the accumulated emotional wounds that follow us through life. Though the pain-body can easily rise up and hijack our consciousness with unpleasant emotions, in this program Eckhart reveals a hopeful truth - by turning the light of awareness on our suffering, that suffering becomes a powerful gateway to Presence.
Through the centuries, countless people from around the world have been coming to India, thirsty in their search for truth. Considered to be the birthplace of spirituality, India has produced more great mystics and spiritual teachers than any other country. What more fitting place for Eckhart to speak of the eternal Now? During this seven-day retreat, Eckhart speaks with humble authenticity, wisdom and humor on a wide range of subjects.
What is your relationship to time? For most us, the ticking of the clock propels our attention away from the here and now—and toward an imaginary future that our thoughts tell us is far more important. This leads to frustration and suffering and robs us of the richness of life available only in the timeless present.
The Doorway into Now challenges the thought-based concept of time, inviting us to “step out of the stream of mental activity” and discover the formless, eternal essence of who we are beyond the mind—what Eckhart often describes as “stillness.”
In Eckhart Tolle on Great Western Classics, Eckhart shares from his personal bookshelf five works he holds dear to his heart and continues to turn to for guidance and inspiration.
When you discover that who you really are has nothing to do with what your thoughts tell you, something incredible happens: a vast space opens up. From that spaciousness comes a deeper intelligence that Eckhart Tolle calls “alert stillness”—or our essential nature beyond form. From Stillness to Presence explores our role in the evolution of human consciousness and how we can each begin to invite the arising of awareness in our lives.
Eckhart Tolle tells us that every encounter we have with another human being offers the opportunity for profound connection and transformation. For those who've made it their life's work to help others, this insight is especially powerful.
More spoken wisdom from the best selling author of The Power of Now. Warmly shared, in the authentic voice that has brought him international acclaim, here is Eckhart Tolle's simple and profound gift to us, at a time when our world needs it most.
Underneath everything you think and do, there is a stillness that is both vast and alive. This is who you are in your most essential nature—but once you’ve caught a glimpse, how do you integrate this discovery into daily living? This is the question Eckhart Tolle explores with you in Bringing Stillness into Everyday Life.
Acknowledging the struggles and dissatisfaction that so many people deem part of a “normal” existence, Eckhart points to a new way of being in the world that starts when we drop below the “top floor of the mind” and return to our true home in the timeless present. Join Eckhart as he discusses:
“The only thing that can fulfill you is being yourself,” explains Eckhart, “and that is inseparable from the field of Now.” Bringing Stillness into Everyday Life will support your daily practice of realizing and expressing your connection with the source of wisdom, creativity, and joy.
Having read previous books, I understood that his breaks help condition the mind to be patient and open to the stillness inbetween phrases. It's a training to experience the stillness, not try to fill it with thought or an urge to rush. Great book to relax to, almost a medetative trance sort of listen. I use his techniques to help cut off negetive self talk, judgements of others and that sort of distracting/perasive stress. I would, however, suggest listening to his a new earth first as it introduces you well to a new way of thinking and makes this book even more vaulable.

thank you for my present stayed of mind.
This recording is unpleasant. Tolle's voice is creepy and you can hear him breathing and chuckling. It is hard to follow and doesn't really make any sort of positive impact - not sure how this guy got so famous.
