I have listened to many of Eckhart Tolle’s recorded teachings and meditations. They resonate with me. This meditation”The Journey into Stillness,” has become my favorite. Why? Because it has taken me deeper into my being, helped me experience the transcendental dimension, and increased my awareness of my awareness- my invisible self - my consciousness.

Great experience overall

Great meditations on presence but the quality of the spoken portion can be a little distracting. The music is perfect and gets you deeper into the awakened state.
Overall it is worthy.

Fantastic Content

Amazing audible but not the most enjoyable sound quality. There is a buzzing in the background that takes away from the meditation. But it’s also a good practice in patience and presence.

Eckhart AND Hemi Sync?!? ❤️

Every word Eckhart utters is meaningful. Great to listen to when relaxing or going to sleep. A great duo indeed.
