Loved it but there was background noise when Eckhart spoke. Must have and listened to.

a tonic

if you realize that your endless thinking about past and future and hypothetical problems is a dysfunctional way of being in the world, this book is a tonic. If you don't, don't bother, it will just annoy you.

Short, sweet and to the point...literally pointing us toward the only thing that is really important.
