Loved it but there was background noise when Eckhart spoke. Must have and listened to.

a tonic

if you realize that your endless thinking about past and future and hypothetical problems is a dysfunctional way of being in the world, this book is a tonic. If you don't, don't bother, it will just annoy you.

Short and sweet

Short, sweet and to the point...literally pointing us toward the only thing that is really important.

There are no words...

There are no words...there are no thoughts... there are no conditions...only vast awareness...and salvation from "self".
