Publisher's summary

Suffering from writer's block for her new comic book series, Eliza struggles to balance the demands of her mother and her editor, both of whom phone frequently, trying to figure out what's wrong with Eliza. The sad thing is Eliza knows what's wrong: she's lonely. Ever since her girlfriend walked out, Eliza's been whiling away her evenings in the company of Netflix and cheap red wine.

But when a little orange cat comes into her life, things start looking up for Eliza. She's no longer so lonely, and she has conversations with the cat, who actually seems to understand her. And when she learns that the little orange cat is more than she seems, Eliza's wildest dreams are about to come true...if they can beat the terrible organization that threatens their happiness.

left wanting

i loved the story but i wish there was so much more. i wanted something more in depth. o wanted their to flourish into something beyond shapeshifting. i wanted to know some of the other shapeshifters. i wanted to know what happened to everyone

Very enjoyable short story of urban fantasy with small erotic part.

This was a very enjoyable short story of urban fantasy. It mainly had catshifers also introduced other animal shape shifters at the end. The whole story was charming with a small part of true lesbian erotic that also was nicely written. I truly enjoyed this.

Secrets Of The Cat Shifter

This book was terrible and not believable at all. The book claims to be a lesbian romance but is more of a bisexual romance with a woman romance at the end. I thought there was potential but this book was a waste of my listening.

Nice concept, too open ended

Too open ended for my tastes, and very little development of plot and characters even for a short story.

Insubstantial & Unsatisfying

The structure of this short story is extremely simple. Almost as if the author wrote an outline, then stuffed a little meat between the lines of progression. This short is def not Jennifer Ashley or L. L. Brand. The single Love Scene is quite awkwardly vanilla. Also, this isn't "Lesbian Erotica" as implied. it's a first-time experimental encounter.
I dunno, maybe guys would like it?
I do , however, applaud the protagonist for releasing the other shifter lab animals.🐈🐇🐀🐺
