Publisher's summary

Ethan Frost is a visionary, a genius, every woman's deepest, darkest fantasy - even mine. And, somehow, I am his. He stole into my life like a dream. He turned my reality upside down and made my every desire come true - especially those I never knew I had. He demanded everything I had to give and gave me everything of himself in return. But dreams don't last forever, and ours is no exception - because my nightmares are darker and my wounds deeper than I could ever reveal. And as much as Ethan wants to protect me, the secrets we share will only tear us apart.

Contains mature themes.

Incredible narration!

The narrator really brought this book to life and wow it was an incredible book but the emotion she put in it was just draw dropping good. The heroine is strong-willed she's determined to move on make it on her own which is exactly what I love she's also just you know got that soft spot too. Mr. Frost I think is like a closet alpha male which I absolutely love he gets his way without being overly domineering. My only complaint about the book was that I may be the only one that got confused to whether the past ex-boyfriend's name was either Brandon or Chad because they kept going back and forth I will definitely be getting book two

Good

The book was more monologue style, wish they had allowed the characters interact more. Good book tho.

So good

Similar to 50 shades and crossfire series, but different, its own story. Very good. I did see the cliffhanger coming. Ready to hear the rest.

awesome story.

I can't wait to read book two Addicted. Other reviews say book two isn't as good. I hope to not be disappointed. I fell in love with the characters. There were times when her self-doubt was a bit annoying, but then, she would recover. I get why she had it.

I liked that Ethan was a good guy. Not an angry I got my money by being a prick. It made him lovable immediately. I wish I worked at a company where food was free.

Live the story, narration was very nasal

I absolutely loved all 3 books. While I liked how the narrator read the book, I kept thinking she had a cold or needed to blow her nose and stop breathing through her mouth, it got annoying by the 3rd book... besides this she was a great narrator.

The story was different from other books I’ve read... Ethan is phenomenal, such a good guy and not the player or prick like in so many books. The demons that Chloe battles I can imagine are real and really shine the focus on rape and the battle that women have to battle for years after and how it can affect them and their relationships. I love how Ethan handled her. I’m glad all 3 books were available bc I listened to them back to back before reviewing all 3 together.

Tortured Dialogue Works

With each description of the torture the protagonist deals with daily, the reader gets pulled in deeper

Cliffhanger... be ready to purchase book 2

Wow so why am I just finding this book? Chloe is an intern at her dream company. She accidentally snags the attention of The CEO Ethan Frost. When Ethan sets his sights on something he doesn’t quit until he has it. Chloe has avoided relationships after the disastrous and traumatic end to her last relationship 5 years ago. She’s still healing from the wounds inflicted on her by the kids she went to high school with but Ethan has a way of breaking down her walls.

This was so good, and I can hardly stand to take the time to write this review when all I want to do is start the next book.

Ethan was pretty perfect in this book and I can’t wait to see how he tries to fix things in the next book. He is a fixer... which incidentally is what has just caused a major problem between him and Chloe if I’m understanding this right.

Alright, sorry not much of a review. I’ve got to get to the next book. I can’t stand it.

The narration was a little weird. I had to speed it up because she spoke so slow. It sounded like she was new to narrating maybe. She paused at weird spots in the middle of sentences and sometimes she overacted when she was speaking as Chloe’s roommate sometimes. But I thought she had a nice soothing voice and I thought she did a great job for the male voices which obviously is not easy to do. Hopefully as the series goes on she gets better, it sounded like she just needed practice.

A BEAUTIFUL LOVE GOT RUINED BY A KNOCK ON THE DOOR

Ethan Frost is a rich, handsome, sexy Entrepreneur owning Frost Industries and whilst he's working in the restaurant of the building unsuspecting Law Intern Chloe starts a battle of wills argument with him over a Smoothie. It's her first day and she's no idea who this stubborn surfer looking dude is but won't back down..... and their connections made. What happens after that is a funny struggle over a Blender that has witty banter laced with sexual chemistry and it's the start of an emotional roller coaster of a love story.... so hold on tight.

But it's not long until Chloe's insecurities, broken pieces and deep emotional scars over her heartbreaking past kicks in however Ethan's there ready to catch her, hold her through it all and help her to overcome the toxic feelings going around in her head. He is loving, understanding, sweet, tender and very passionate as their relationship eases into sex.... tentative sex, hot n heavy frantic sex and mind blowing loving sex. And in his loving arms slowly Chloe starts to heal by sharing some of her bitter heartbreaking tortuous past..... until that past comes knocking on Ethan's door and then their gently woven world comes crashing down on them leaving devastation, tears, heartbreak and two broken hearts in its wake. That and one hell of a cliffhanger.

Worth a credit? This very addictive, funny, touching, sexy, heartbreaking and hot listen told from Chloe's POV is very well narrated and is definitely worth a credit or a buy. The awesome writing style enables you to visualise each scene as it unfolds. But it does contain talk of rape and its aftermath.
