This was a pretty good read. A little drawn out at times but good. Spice is 🔥🔥🔥 and narrators are great.

So great, such an emotional rollercoaster! The spice and story were equally as amazing! Didn't know if I would like the story based off of the summary but boy was I wrong!

This book surprised some tears out of me. There were so many emotions and feelings, but there was always love and a lot of spice. The narrators were great as well.

I don’t know where to begin? This story had me wanting to stay up all night to finish.

Callum had many questionable moments and I was upset by how cold he could be towards Lake.
He was so deeply hurt and she was broken.. Finding out what hell Lake had gone through to get back to Callum was heartbreaking.
They both deserved love and happiness.
My heart ached for them both!
Callum burned for Lake and they eventually found their way back to each other.. 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Based on the description of the book I totally didn't see what happened as the "Big Secret" for Lake coming. 🤯🤯🤯. I felt like I was caught off guard with the depth of all the drama, hurt and betrayal BUT I'm actually happy it happened that way. This was a real story that showed 2 sides to a spectrum of people who grew up on different sides of the tracks.

I loved how years of separation didn't dampen their feelings for each other but instead heightened it. The way Callum and Lake gravitated towards each other and expressed their love for one another was deep and even their "games" couldn't deny it.

Kudos to the author for roping us in this heartfelt story and to the narrators for making it all so personal and real.

So Not What I Was Expecting, But The End Of The Journey Was Beautiful 🥲

I’m not sure what struck me about this story but I loved how they talked about each other, how they needed each other and how they didn’t just fall in love. It was an untraditional long term romance and I couldn’t get enough of them!
