very entertaining multiple chance at love

The humor and emotion of the story engaged me. can't wait to read or listen to others in the series. it was so entertaining.

I feel like it was dragged out just a bit but overall I loved the story.

The whole series is well worth the read

I love the fact that she is going back and writing stories that are before the series started. This is one of my all-time favorite series. It is so entertaining there’s comedy and romance. I have read so many romance books that they become predictable. So far the series is not predictable and I have reread them many times. I also read some of her other series and she covers such a variety of style of writing. I can’t wait to find more that she has written.
The reader of the story does a awesome job, and she is one of my favorite readers

Eric and Morgan

I truly truly fell in love with these two characters I love how the author made you feel that you were part of the journey I also love the fact that the author make these characters more realistic and not fantasy type of people job well done I would definitely read this book again and definitely recommend it I cannot wait to continue this series

By chapter 30 I listened at a 3.5x because it started to drag and became repetitive. I didn’t love the mfc because she was and interesting mixture of over dramatic and skittish. Overall it’s an okay story and I enjoyed it.

With that being said my 3star rating comes from a personal pet peeve. I never enjoy when they make sex seem like it’s so amazing that it excuses not having serious conversations. Especially when that conversation becomes the climax (which is written and resolved in 1 page)

*spoiler* The uncle said he would tell Eric that she was planning to move if Morgan didn’t and it’s immediately followed up with 5-6 chapters of her not telling him and always being distracted by sex. (Mind you up until this point, they never had sex) Then that is followed up with the 1 page of a climax —It was mostly annoying to me because every time he asked her a question she deflected (even during their honesty game she literally used all five skips)

Another great addition

I just loved Morgan and Eric story. As always these books just make me happy. Great Narration.

A good story

I love R.L. Mathewson. I have read all her books at twice. I am a fan. Pretend the story is ok. It is very repetitive of all her other stories. She uses the same phases so many times in all her books. I know these are her signature phases, but as a reader there are so many times you want to hear them. R.L. exhausts all the same phases in every book. Like I wrote I am a fan. Yes, I will buy the next book and pray she changes her phases.
