Can't stand her voice

The story is good but Miss James could lose the big words and used every day words. Also could cut back on some of the gushiness or maybe it's Rebecca's voice.

It was great just wish there was more sex...

Would you consider the audio edition of Fifty Shades Darker to be better than the print version?

I think the print one would be better. The narrators voices of the characters and tone is not at all what I would have pictured in my head as I read.

What other book might you compare Fifty Shades Darker to and why?

Star and all the other Pamela Anderson books.

Which character – as performed by Becca Battoe – was your favorite?

anna.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

no reaction. I am not a fan of Anna she's too wimpy and not honest with herself or Christian always and kinda shy.

Great Read!!!

I enjoyed this book so much so I bought the 1st and 3rd book. After watching the move I was encouraged to read the second book! This was The first time in a couple of years that I enjoyed a book. That says something!!

Not What I Expected...

What did you love best about Fifty Shades Darker?

Most of the time, I enjoyed the story. The subject matter was very adult for Anastasia's character to have been written as not much more than a teenager. She just seemed so completely immature and her character development was a little slow.

Would you be willing to try another book from E. L. James? Why or why not?

Yes. Overall, I enjoyed the story the more that I listened to it.

Have you listened to any of Becca Battoe’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I haven't. I think that the only beef that I had with her performance was that she sounded like Anastasia.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Who needs a tag line...just show the picture of Matt Bomer...yum!
