Publisher's Summary

A memorable night of passion refuses to stay just a memory in this sizzling and scandalous romance from bestselling author T L Swan.

I was upgraded to first class on a flight from London to New York.

The food, champagne, and service were impeccable.

The blue-eyed man sitting next to me, even better.

He was suave and intelligent.

We talked and laughed, and something clicked.

Fate took over and the plane was grounded, and we had an unexpected stopover for the night.

With no plans, we made our own.

We danced and laughed our way around Boston and had a night of crazy passion that no woman would ever forget.

That was twelve months ago, and I haven’t heard from him - until today.

I started a new job and met the CEO. You can imagine my surprise to see those naughty blue eyes dance with delight when he saw me across the mahogany desk.

But I’m not that carefree girl anymore. My life has changed, I have responsibilities.

I just got an email.

He wants to see me in his office for a private meeting at 8:00 a.m.

Naughty blue eyes have no place in the workplace.

What kind of private meeting does he have in mind?

A Movie Worthy Read!

This book has it all and, it’s a can’t put down until the end kind of book. It has ruined me for all other books. Loved the characters. This storyline; never misses a beat, The narrative performances by Sebastian and C.J are phenomenal!

They meet on a plane, they have an undeniable attraction, they spend one night together, part ways and than, fate brings them back together and life’s never the same for these two main characters.

This book is RED HOT, Jaw dropping, every man woman sex and, romance fantasy. So, if you can’t handle this kind of book, you might want to look within another great romance category such as; Religious and Inspirational.

I loved this book. It’s my new number one favorite and I can’t wait for the next book in this series. A big 10 Stars to T. L. Swan! What a writer!

If it weren't for the part at 3 hours left

It had some promise. With some romance and some push and pull, some misunderstandings and some sex. But the screechy hysterical voice and actions of the female character at about 3 hours from the end of the story. I just can't. It sank like a stone for me there. I can't help that I've gotten allergic to when the female heroines in romantic stories just has to get a bit hysterical, too dumb, overreact at conflict or some drama. Especially when it often feels like it is a woman character that is well educated, smart and often level headed in almost all of the story. So she should be able to get upset, sad, angry, and reach a road bump in a story without it suddenly turning to her getting illogical, hysterical. But no, she just has to get a bit screechy and acting like a desperate ditsy character all of a sudden? Calling and texting desperately, why? And it is too bad she had to be that annoying, just had to go there. Because it would have been really good for me if it weren't for that turn at approx 3 hours left.

Don't expect to hear a lot of Sebastian York

The story was riveting and addictive. Don't expect to hear a lot of Sebastian York as the book is mostly narrated by the female narrator. She was great but I expected to hear much more of York.

More than I was expecting

While this book starts out as a familiar story line it quickly becomes so much more. The characters are intertwined in such an interesting way it will keep you guessing about their "romance". Overall the whole book doesn't follow the cookie cutter romance recipe which I really enjoyed. My only complaint was that we did get very much Sebastian York, I would have loved some more chapters narrated by him.

Very little of Sebastian York!

Ok, let’s get this straight. I buy my books based on the narrator and Sebastian York is my favorite. There is VERY little of his narration in this book. Most of it comes near the end of the book. If you look at the picture of the book you will notice HIS name is listed first. I would think that would indicate he narrates at least 1/2 of the book. No. His part is about 15%. The book had potential but I found myself playing it at 1.5x, slowing it down ONLY to hear S.Y. Sexy voice. (The female narrator did ok, just that she read to much of the book). I wish there was something posted in the description that tell the potential buyer just what % of the book is read by each narrator. If there was I certainly wouldn’t have bought THIS one.

Overall, Not Bad

Narrators were great of course. The length was just too long though. I fast forwarded the unimportant parts and the too many sex scenes. Those get boring very quickly. The story overall was ok. Kinda cheesy, kinda not. Worth listening to as long as you realize it's lightweight romance. Not real in depth content.

Good purchase!

I rarely purchase books outside my “Escape” subscription, but I don’t regret buying this one at all. It was a good length, story, and two of the best narrators. I love Sebastian York, but I more than love CJ Bloom. When she reads it feels more like she’s living it that reading a book for you. It makes it even more enjoyable.

Decent but, sophomoric story.

I liked it, it started out interesting, the 2 main characters were worth getting to know. But, of course they faced a few hiccups in the road; and I think it was a bit too many things happening at once and it proved boring, after a while. The character, Emily was witty but, a bit too, emotional and stubborn- I guess that passes as STRENGTH today but, whatever. Constantly crying. and talking about what she shouldn't do, or feel; all the while doing the polar opposite. Also. noticed small reminders of " 50 shades of grey . Overall. it was pleasant and a little funny. But, I'm assuming it was written by millenial, for millenials, I assume the constant use of the words f***ing or (f***k) . Is the new colloquial term for sex and making love. I found it rather crass and downright crude after, the 100th time. it took away from the story and made it base.
The narrator was fine except. when she did the voice of a man. The guys voice was fine but, it sounded like he had an overbite. If you like lots if sex and references to sex and over the top emotions and of course BILLIONAIRES, this is perfect for you.

Why, why, why do you do this to us? As if the books don’t do us in enough, you go and bring the characters to life and man, do these male voices do things to a girl!! Loved, loved, loved it and cannot wait for the next instalment!! Congrats girl, keep ‘em coming, thank you please!! 😘

One of the best books this year!!

I have never read this author before so I read the bio and really liked the sound of it so i have waited and waited till it was released hoping that it would not be a let down,
all I can say is that I LOVED it.

This book had me laughing, crying and gave me all the feels, ivan usually tell in the first 5 minutes of a book if it will be enjoyable to me and this had me grasped from beginning to end.
this book is beautifully written and also fantastically narrated and I know I will listen to this again and again.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 would give it 10 stars if I could.

What a book.

I loved the story and the banter between Emily and Jamieson. Emily comes from a different background to Jamieson and is unaffected by his wealth, power and position. She is strong and confident and willing to voice her objections. She is also pulls Jamieson out of his comfort zone.
In places I thought the book repeated itself. Plus there was a lot of eye rolling.
Would love to hear the story of the rest of Jamieson's family.

Pretty Terrible Story Line

The story line in this was pretty pitiful. It was a continual fight & makeup, fight & makeup. Got old pretty quickly. Was funny writing but really not worth wasting your time. Lame....

Repetitive

The writing was repetitive. The same conversations happened and then copy and pasted sections. Not great character development and sudden love is just not good enough. Have returned.
