5th in a series that really could have been great

This series that could have been great. The zombies were new and terrifying and the characters were well developed. The story just began to feel like the author lost track of the apocalyptic story line and was concentrating on making this a LGBTQ soft porn. The story line turns even more to the romances, less and less of zombie encounters. I am actually quite disappointed and I really hope he gets back to the actual story line in the next book!

Beginning again...

Looking forward to the next part of the series. This is a story, chock full, of a plethora of characters...some in which you like, some you dislike, and some you're just not sure of. This begins where #4 ends and transitions for the next couple of weeks. I love Kennedy's writing style and because I am listening to the audio version, Michael Ahr is amazing and adds so much to the story. My favorite character has to be Beulah...a great read...
