Útil y con mucha información
La información contenida en este libro es extensa y útil. Muy recomendable para cualquier persona que desee formar una corporación en USA y no sepa por donde empezar. Incluye ejemplos a manera de historias muy cercanos a la realidad. Si bien la información no es fácil de digerir y requiere escucharse varias veces (sobre todo para aquellos que no estamos familiarizados con el tema), el libro explica claramente el por qué requerimos formar corporaciones. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
