Good general overview; author is a bit nutty

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

This is a good book for someone who is new to running their own cooperation or for someone who wants to brush up on corporate governance. The author is clear, the book is tight and the examples are engaging and informative. I will note however, that as a general book, it doesn't get into a great deal of detail. Also, I found it strange when, in the middle of the book, the author delves into what amounts as a nutty anti-government example and weird followup. Finally, all of the Rich Dad books overly reference other books in the series, something that is irritating and, I believe, serves only to undermine the books. That said, conspiracy theories and smarmy sales tactics aside, this is a good book

Again, this was informative as a general overview.

The book does a god job of outlining the legal and financial pitfalls related to corporate governance.

What did you take away from Rich Dad Advisors: Run Your Own Corporation that you can apply to your work?

The author lays out in a very clear way to run a corporation in terms of governance. He should keep his nutty anti-government rants to himself. They are distracting.

No book can cover all topics of running a corporation. But this is one of several books on business that entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs should own.

Needs digital reference files to be included

The book refers to many examples and files in the back of the book but the audio book has no link to these so I would not consider the audiobook to be a complete book when compared to the printed book.

This Book is like a business plan

This is my business study success guide as a 1st business starter this was such a big help especially if you plan to really scale to the IPO stage

Storied Examples

Having a book explain law and liabilities can send you to sleep quickly. His examples, character rotations, and animated voice kept me in it.

Extremely Good Book

I really enjoyed this book. Much more useful to me than the Start Your Own Corporation. I loved it. The author really breaks down the mechanics of running a business, and does it well.
