worth a listen
The content was, overall, interesting. The food recommendations were almost contradictory. she says to stop stressing over / eliminating foods, then lists foods you should eliminate. Huh?
The narrator sounds formulaic and preachy, which is not the vibe the content puts forth. Overall, the content was worth the listen if you can ignore the narrator's influence.
