This is a great book for those dealing with chronic pain. The tips and information given throughout this book will help improve your quality of life through change of diet. Since I’ve been eating more super foods, I’ve noticed that all of my problem areas that would cause me nuisance and pain have greatly improved. I would strongly recommend this book to anyone looking to live a better and healthier lifestyle.

Great eating hacks

There are many great subjects covered, including recipes, workouts, and sunlight exposure tips. I especially enjoyed the list of foods that can help our body, and the breakdown of what these foods do to our body.

Really interesting topic

As an athlete myself, I wanted to know more about my diet and how I could have the biggest possible advantage. This audiobook gave me tons of really great information on how to get the most out of my diet and keep the inflammation away. Totally recommend!

Fantastic Audiobook

What a fantastic audiobook. It's packed with tons of useful and informative content all set out in a way that's clear and easy to follow. And the narration is great too. One does not have to live one's life in chronic pain. I loved the varied recipes and found the movement exercises helped me tremendously. Well done to Michael Kenneally who does an amazing job.

Impactful

A big thank you to the author for this great job. Health is very important and we need not to take any sickness for granted. We have to understand that it is a chain reaction as every aspect matters. This book got the hacks to all one needs regarding pain. I am excited to listen from this author.

Prevention is the Key

As a functional nutrition practitioner and avid tennis player, I know that diet and lifestyle modifications can prevent almost all disease, and it certainly can resolve internal inflammation. Although this book was written for athletes, it applies to everyone. I especially appreciated the chapter on gluten and how the author correctly describes the havoc it can create in the body and GI tract. If you want to do what is within your control and feel better within days, while healing the body from the inside out, get this book!

Great information and actionable straightaway

Great audible if you are interested in an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. Interesting to know the impact that food has on our joints and as athletes, our performance. Our performance is what pays my wage so understanding this element and being able to look at the"dirty dozen" and "Clean 15" foods is a game changer in performance. A must for any serious athlete.

Life changing!

This was a very good listen! I loved the information that the author shared in regards what inflammation is, the different types & causes, and what can be done about it. Many lifestyle changing tips here to keep yourself healthy and free of inflammation! The narration was done very well as it presents the content clearly and gives a good listening experience. I highly recommend this one to everyone! 5 stars!
