Very informative!
This is the first book I have read about the mind body fusion when it comes to health, wellness and beauty. I have been WFPB for 18 months but this book has given me so much more of an explanation of what I am experiencing than other sources I have found so far. I can't wait to implement what I have learned about chakras and see how much farther I am able to go in my quest for true health.

Typical vegetarian preaching
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
I wish people like this would come to terms with the fact that humans are designed to eat meat, some
People more then others. But just eating plants isn't always the answer.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
I didn't find anything particularly interesting and I just felt like a hippie yoga vegan was preaching to me the whole time.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Kimberly Snyder and C.N. ?
Someone who doesn't have a horrible annoying voice
