Publisher's Summary

Traditionally, the Book of Ruth is viewed as a beautiful love story between Ruth and Boaz. You'll find startling revelations if you dig deeper, revelations like: God makes much of broken lives he calls men and women to serve him together, and hes counting on his daughters to build his kingdom.

Great Insight

Great insight into the Ruth and Niomi. Excellent read for all women, especially those questioning their place in Gods kingdom and their role as wives, mothers, daughters and friends.

Another amazing book from Carolyn Custis James

What did you love best about The Gospel of Ruth?

Carolyn Custis James is a great modern day woman theologian. Her insight and interpretation of biblical stories has been a tremendous help to me in my own study of the Women of the Bible.
