We have all experienced times when we have not eaten a balanced diet or have eaten too many sweets. We feel sick, light-headed, and occasionally depressed, or we become irritable and edgy. It's the body's way of letting us know that it's lacking sufficient nourishment. Optimal health requires optimal nutrition. The same is true spiritually speaking. Without sufficient and regular biblical nutrition, our inner life begins to suffer the consequences. We become shallow and selfish, more demanding and less gentle, and quick to react impatiently.

Life Lessons Abound
We were in a class at church on Joseph and the teacher mentioned this book was a great resource. So along with the weekly study we listened to the book each evening during supper. What a blessing to hear of never-ending Joseph's faith in God. There are so many Life Lessons we're working on them one at a time.

Great book. A must listen.
This is a great book. You will not regret any moment, listening to it. The story of Joseph should encourage all of us to live our best life. We may go through times discouragement, but we must wait on the Lord.
