Keira and Damon
This was a really good mafia romance. Keira's brother told her to reach out to Damon if anything ever happened to him. He was murdered. Keira finds Damon at his strip club and she is scared out of her skin. Keira is only 18 and Damon is only 22 and part of the Rossi crime family. After a rough start, love grew for Keira and Damon. He was determined not to love any woman but things change and he would do anything to keep her safe. His brother Xander was a real b@stard but he had his reasons. They grew up with a horrible father. This book has plenty of suspense as well as romance. Xander divulges some interesting information to Damon at the end of the book that will probably carry into the next book. Heather Firth did a great job with the narration but I do not think Austin Rising was a good choice. I did not care for his narration.

Okay
I really like mafia romance but this was was a little too much of a stretch. I have to say that it did get better the more I listen and I liked knowing there is to the family. The male reader is not very when doing the woman’s voice.

Should have been more to this story
I loved these characters and story line. But the end left me with questions. The story line good it definitely could have been longer. This story shorter than other stories. I really thought next book was going to be about them.

Damon and Keira
really good! a tangled web with twists and turns. a man discovering what it's like to love and take care of someone else, a girl threatened looking for a safety. they had a rocky start but once they were both aboard they were good for each other. Xander isn't exactly as bad as he seems....both brothers putting on their reputations. narration is great for both parts. I'd recommend.

Rinse, repeat Virgin Evil man
Sub standard plot, innocent virgin brings out kindness and love in the evil twisted pervert man. These authors use this theme in all of their books. Rinse repeat. I have now read three of their books. (By accident) The plot is the same, the characters the same.... READ ONE OF THEIR BOOKS.... YOU'VE READ THEM ALL....

Why did I finish this book?
I have enjoyed several books by these authors, but not this one. poor storyline and male narrator was obviously reading, and the MMC is a slime ball.
