What a ride

The last 30 mins of this story took my emotions on the wildest ride. Need book 2 like, yesterday.

MMC is such a psycho and sadist

Normally dont like College age books but this one was written very good. MMC is such a psycho and sadist. But hes so hot at hte same time.

whole lot better than I expected

I really thought this was going to be a throwaway smut book but was surprised by how good the story was! the smut scenes are captivating! the female voice is amazingly good but the male voice doesn't always do it.

I am in love with this book. I knew there was going to be a cliffhanger. But I did not see that end coming. I bought the next book, that was how good she cliffhanger it. this is a most read.

I really enjoyed this book. I wish I noticed the 2nd book isn't on Audible yet or I would have waited so I could binge listen to both. I was a little worried I wouldn't like the book at the beginning because Drew sounded like a real tool. A real 80/90s textbook bully, but it got much better in time and I am sure the second book is going to be great. The narrators were fantastic. They're both new to me so I hope I hear more of them moving forward.

The fucking plot twist!!!!

I really enjoyed this book, I mean I hated the girl voice I didn’t like how deep it was but over all the book was amazing. I understand why Sebastian was trying to get Drew to leave Maybel alone.

That cliffhanger!

Who doesn’t love a good romantic unhinged story? And wow… this one delivers. I think he might actually outdo Linc on the scale of obsession and intensity. From the very first chapter—especially that gut-punch of a prologue—you’re thrown into a whirlwind of emotion, loss, and longing. The grief hits hard (seriously, that SOB had me tearing up), but the entire tone shifts the moment Parker lays eyes on her. It’s not just a meet-cute—it’s a you’re mine now moment that sets the tone for everything that follows.

The way he tries to fight his feelings for her? Deliciously torturous. You can feel the push and pull, the tension crackling between them, and the narrator nails every single beat—making Parker’s intensity almost tangible. I was hooked from start to finish, and let’s not forget the spice… 🌶️ because holy wow. Hide-and-seek will never mean the same thing to me again, and if you know, you know.

And that cliffhanger? Left me screaming. I need the next one immediately. 10/10 recommend for anyone who loves passion, obsession, and a story that doesn’t let you go.

Story? Yes! Narrators? Eh, not so much.

This is a typical bully story. Weird to say, but I liked Drew's (MMC) style during The Hunt. Actually, I liked that character throughout the story. The FMC, Belle, was good, too, until she started catching feelings. Then she started with all the angsty whinging nobody's got time for. Blech. I figured out who the "spy" was pretty early on, so that was no surprise. However, the other twists at the end were sort of a surprise. I suspected the first twist but not the second.
The narrators: The male sounded too old for the part or something. His voice just didn't do it for me. The female did well up to the point where she sounded like she had a cold. She also got a little too dramatic at times.
The spice: What little there was of it was 🌶🌶🌶-ish.
TW: Non-con, dub-con...which is to be expected in bully tropes.
Overall, recommend, BUT only if you're a fan of mature bully tropes.
