This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Fascinating!
Winston Churchill wrote a wonderful explanation of when he took up his hobby along with an explanation of what is mentally or physically good for people to take up their own hobbies. He encourages the reader (listener) to try the brush and canvas and use the eyes to closely examine the details of the scenes around and use the medium for a type of memory exercise. Do listen.
