I’ve been waiting for this series to reach audible. Finally I can listen. Awesome series. One of the few teen mc books that are enjoyable for adults. Thank you.

a fun story

I definitely enjoyed the world and characters. Though the pacing is a bit on the slow side. I did see some complaining about the MC not using his ungodly power, but as someone who has to be careful not to hurt myself with carelessness I can see how that would be a hard habit to break. So I personally appreciate the MC's struggles.

highly intriguing story I especially love it because of the adversity the main character has to overcome and his own life sure a lot about to have that but they don't use the physical disability angle which is something I appreciate because I also have one so it's nice to get a w every once in a while lol

A wonderful book interesting system grate main character and side characters a must read as fare as I’m concerned I can’t wait for the next audiobook!

Started very slow, but turned incredible.

I can remember the time when I started book 1 (titan) and was disappointed by how slow it was.
The author took his time to explain how the world worked and doubled or tripled a couple explanations. If I was reading this I would have mentally started glossing over these with a bit more disappointment. I upped my read speed to 1.2 to compensate.

However. I can also remember the point in the book when I had a wide grin and started to thoroughly enjoy myself. About halfway through the author picks up the pace and it was wonderful. I don’t recall complaining again.

The author does a great job of revealing new details to surprise and pulling on old details once thought irrelevant.

It feels like Book 1 and 2 was the initial plot focus and new plots give way towards the end for new books. I am excited, but have to take a breather. That was a lot more of a binge than I planned on.

The narrator wasn’t my favorite, but the only issue I have is that his voices for each gender seemed to blend from time to time.

All in all. If you like LitRPG you’re going to love this. Get through the initial introduction to the character and world, then enjoy yourself.

New and intriguing

A step away from the popular dystopian reality or far fetched sci-fi, this story seems as if it could be 30 years down the road for us. It’s an interesting and colorful depiction of a possible future of VR in terms of entire fantastical realms full of adventure but with the unfaltering and ever present conflict of human nature: morality versus greed underlying the choices of the players. As I’m not an RPG aficionado, I was pleasantly surprised with how this series drew me into the game.

I not a gamer but this was an interesting book.

As non-gamer this book gave me insight about the inner workings of playing virtual 'games'. A good book. looking forward to more books like this.

Outside My Normal Perspective

I am not a gamer and have difficulty understanding how placing the storyline on a virtual reality world adds to the narrative. I would guess that the author was writing for the younger gaming crowd rather than a 66 year old male who has never played video games.

Regardless of my personal preferences anyone who enjoys fantasy should be happy with this book. Writing style was fun and engaging plus the narrator gave a strong performance.
